What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How do refunds work?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at shopatlioranow@gmail.com
Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at shopatlioranow@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer make changes.
How long does it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?
We work to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible from our domestic and international warehouses. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
You may receive your order earlier, but please allow extra time during busy seasons, as postal delays can occur due to factors outside our control—such as distance, customs, or weather conditions.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the item. We’ll work with you to replace or refund it quickly.
